• During Mr. Dennis’ first year of private practice he litigated and settled four (4) personal injury cases that settled for the maximum insurance coverage. Clients continue to seek his assistance when injured in an automobile accident.

• Mr. Dennis has developed a continuous and vigorous real estate practice, which includes real estate contracts, real estate settlements and resolving real estate problems through negotiation and litigation.

• Mr. Dennis has extensive experience in representing clients on criminal defense including but not limited to drunk driving, traffic, misdemeanors and felonies.

Business

• Mr. Dennis has represented many clients with respect to forming business associations such as Partnerships, Corporations, LLC’s and LLP’s.
• He also represents clients in their sale of their corporations, businesses and assets and has litigated business issues.

Trusts & Estates

• In the past several years Mr. Dennis has assisted many clients with their estate planning and provided guidance, advice and preparation of their wills, living wills, power of attorney’s, revocable trusts, and asset protection documents.
• Over the years, Mr. Dennis has handled the administration of many estates, and has litigated estate issues such as will caveats, claims against the estate and estate accounting.
